Returns
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise you have purchased or the merchandise does not fit properly. Please email not@blacknotblack.co.nz within 24 hours of receipt. Please include all details of your transaction. Once you have received a confirmation email to return your goods. Please return item to Black not Black.
Please ensure a copy of all your transaction details accompany the returned goods
- The goods are MUST be returned within 7 days, in the same condition in which they were sent, including appropriate sales tags, a web store credit or refund of the purchase value will be made upon receipt of the returned goods by Black not Black.
- Shipping, handling & insurance are not refundable and Black not Black accepts no responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
- Return of goods will only be accepted for valid reasons and will be at the discretion of Black not Black management.
- Customers are welcome to approach Black not Black to ‘re-sell’ the item on their behalf.
No refunds, exchanges or credits are available on sale and clearance items or items purchased during special promotions or discount offers. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY!
